Last Update: 2/20/2022
Our team continues to monitor this everchanging environment with regular updates and information provided to us by our consultants and governmental agencies. We are working diligently to ensure the safety of our employees while maintaining our operations throughout your communities.
Stay at Home Orders: Several counties have begun issuing “Stay at Home Orders” to aid in the fight for the containment of COVID-19, which has prompted questions and concerns from board members on the potential impact for their associations. As discussed in our last update, we’d like to assure you that our team will continue providing service remotely for homeowners and boards. We’ve also been advised that SRK Residential Communities meets the criteria outlined for an essential service provider under building maintenance and infrastructure oversight. This will allow our teams to oversee emergency repairs and maintenance during this time period. We will continue to monitor counties for any orders that could potentially impact operations; however, we are optimistic that we will continue operating with remote capacity for continuity of services.
Now that restrictions and mandates have been lifted we have eased our restrictions for our office. We no longer require mandatory appointments for visits to our office. To ensure we are best able to assist you, we still encourage you to let us know in advance if you plan to visit us for a payment or other need. Additionally, while the mandates for indoor masks have also been dropped for vaccinated individuals indoors in the state of Florida; for the safety of you and our staff we do still require masks for all visitors.
